Why Are These Pods Happening?
Since 2018 we have ran masterminds in India, South Africa, UK, Scotland, USA, Namibia, Ireland, Netherlands, Malaysia, Australia, Sweden, France, Belgium, India and NZ. One of the big things that came out of these was that people wanted: HIGH QUALITY CONNECTIONS
People want to talk about what they do, leverage via partners and access new markets. The pod is the perfect place to do that. Everyone is equal at the pod, even the quietest person is heard.
Why $19.95?
There are two reasons we charge this fee.
Firstly there has to be 'skin in the game' from everyone and a token charge like this helps ensure people take this seriously.
Secondly, it creates a good energy exchange for us and particularly for our staff member who organises everything, as the funds less cost are paid to her.
Over 300 Live Masterminds in 6 Years
What Is The Format Of The Pod?
After an introduction, each person will have a maximum of 8 minutes to share about their business, what they want, what they can offer, how they wish to partner and perhaps any core doors they can open for others.
Common Topics are:
Core Products, Avatars you seek, Staff you want, Funding, Markets you can open, Introductions you can make, Actions you suggest to the group.
The POD will be via Zoom and each POD is chosen to get an array of businesses and global ideas into the POD.
There is also a question posed to the group that is relevant to all and all can benefit from.
Generally the PODs take no more than 90 minutes in total and we stick to that time.
